These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and calculation tools provided by Trading Ridge Analytics LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. The Services are not intended for children.
Permitted use
You may use the Services for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You may not interfere with the Services, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the Services at scale, misrepresent results as our recommendation, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
Your inputs and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of all inputs and for independently evaluating any result. Calculator outputs are simplified estimates and may not reflect fees, spreads, slippage, taxes, leverage, contract specifications, currency conversion, liquidity, market gaps, or execution conditions. You remain solely responsible for every financial and trading decision.
No brokerage or fiduciary relationship
The Services do not hold customer funds, connect to brokerage accounts, execute or arrange transactions, or create an advisory, brokerage, fiduciary, client, or agency relationship.
Intellectual property
The Services, design, text, software, and branding are owned by or licensed to Trading Ridge Analytics LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or results.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Ridge Analytics LLC and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the Services. Applicable law may not permit all limitations, so some may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trading Ridge Analytics LLC and its representatives from claims and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
